If you have a Nintendo Wii, you can play Super Pii Pii!!! For just $34.99 you can be peeing in the living room before you know it! It comes with a strap on joy stick that works with your Wii system (similar to the Wii nunchuck, but strapped on your privates). Apparently, you prepare yourself for the game by "strapping on the included belt harness and jacking in your Wiimote" -- then a bunch of toilets pop on screen and you basically have to keep the pee in the pots.
